As a travel wedding photographer, I’ve been fortunate to witness love stories unfold in some of the most beautiful places in the world. But there’s something truly magical about capturing the Simmons’s tropical wedding day in Jamaica. The Simmons had a vision for their special day – a celebration that embraced the natural beauty of Jamaica and reflected their deep connection. So, we began before the crack of dawn, with a sunrise session on the beach. Just the two of them, surrounded by the waves and the morning breeze.
After the sunrise session, it was time to prepare for their tropical wedding day in Jamaica. The details were beautifully made to embody the essence of the Caribbean. The bride and groom portraits were a highlight of the day. We found ourselves in a secluded garden, where the lush greenery provided a perfect backdrop. Then, against the backdrop of the sea, we captured moments of pure joy as they exchanged vows and sealed their love with a kiss.
As the day turned into night, the celebration continued. The Simmons cut into their wedding cake – which was filled with sugar flowers that mirrored the tropical blooms that had graced their ceremony. Then, they took to the dance floor, twirling and spinning in each other’s arms as laughter filled the air. To end off their special tropical wedding day in Jamaica, the Simmons decided to finish the day with a bang. The newlyweds jumped in the pool to finish their night. Mr. and Mrs. Simmons thank you for letting me tag along across the States to photograph this special day for you two.
