Absolutely not. I would rather wear resort clothes for the week than lose or damage anything in my camera bag.
Do you check your camera bag?
I'd prefer if you book lodging and transportation and I will take care of booking the flights.
Who books the accommodations?
If I’m booking something, I’ll talk to you about the price before I book just to make sure it’s within your budget. I’ll Venmo or Zelle request you for the amount.
How do we pay for accommodations?
I will require a stipend of $80 per day of travel for food/coffee/water at the airport and to be sure I have a tip for the transportation drivers and bellhops.
Meal stipend at all inclusive resort?
It honestly depends on the weather and the type of excursion. If the catamaran has an “indoor” part of the boat then yes absolutely. If the excursion has no type of coverage from rain, unfortunately I wouldn’t be comfortable taking my camera gear out.
Will you capture excursions?
I recommend booking as soon as possible especially for weddings during peak seasons. Most couples book their wedding 12-18 months in advance but don't hesitate to reach out even if your date is closer. If it's meant to be, it'll be.
How far in advance should we book?
It has never happened *knock on wood* BUT I have a network of trusted photographers who I have worked with previously that I would reach out to. In the event I can't attend, I would still be the main photographer selecting, editing, and delivering all of your images.
What if you get sick or have an emergency on my wedding date?
