Recently, I had the opportunity to photograph Amber and Zach’s Colorado courthouse elopement, and it was truly a beautiful and memorable experience. As a photographer, capturing the precious moments of couples’ special day is both an honor and a privilege. When they contacted me to capture their elopement, I was thrilled. I could sense the excitement and anticipation in their voices as they shared their plans with me. They wanted their special day to be intimate and personal, with just the two of them present.
I love that eloping has become more popular and accepted. They offer a level of intimacy and privacy that may be difficult to achieve with a traditional wedding. Without the pressure of a large guest list, couples can truly focus on each other and the commitment they are making. This allows for a more emotional and intimate experience, where couples can express their love and devotion in a meaningful way.
Overall, I am so honored that they asked me to photograph such an incredibly important day, My hope is that they look back at these photos and cherish them for a lifetime.
