Living and working in Colorado has shown me some wonderful places. Some of these places make for great elopement spots, whether it’s the Garden of the Gods, Maroon Bells, Great Sand Dunes National Park, Rocky Mountains National Park, or even Telluride’s Bridal Veil Falls they all make for some pretty good choices. So if you and your partner are looking for some awesome locations to elope at or even just visit… here are some reasons why these are my top five best places to elope in Colorado and all of the beautiful things they have to offer.
1. Garden of the Gods, Colorado Springs:
With its towering red rocks, the Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs is a unique spot for elopements. The contrast between the rocks and the blue sky makes the perfect background for photos, capturing the rugged beauty of Colorado.
2. Maroon Bells, Aspen:
For a romantic mountain setting, Maroon Bells near Aspen is unbeatable. The view of snow-capped peaks reflected in Maroon Lake is unbeatable. This location is perfect for those who are looking to elope in the fall or winter.
